Qazana Systems LTD ("Qazana", "we", "us", or "our") provides Pesana as a digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) product. This Delivery Policy explains how the service is delivered to you.
As Pesana is entirely digital, there are no physical goods shipped or delivered.
2. Digital Service Delivery
Pesana is delivered digitally through our web-based platform at pesana.net. Access is provided as follows:
- Free tier: immediate access upon account creation, no payment required
- Paid plans: access to paid features is activated immediately upon successful payment processing through Paystack Payments Kenya Limited
3. Access and Activation
Once your account is created or your payment is confirmed, you can access the service by logging in at pesana.net. No downloads or installations are required to use the core service. You will receive a confirmation email upon successful account creation and upon each successful payment.
4. Service Availability
We aim to keep Pesana available at all times. Access may be temporarily interrupted for:
- Scheduled maintenance (we will provide advance notice where possible)
- Emergency maintenance to address security or stability issues
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages or third-party service disruptions
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access and are not liable for downtime.
5. Offline Functionality
Certain Pesana features are available offline depending on your plan. Data created or modified offline will sync automatically when an internet connection is restored.
6. Geographic Availability
Pesana is accessible globally wherever an internet connection is available. Performance may vary based on your location and connection quality.
7. Delivery Issues
If you experience access issues after payment, contact us immediately. Common issues:
- Payment confirmed but features not activated: log out and back in. Contact support if the problem persists.
- Unable to access your account: use the password reset flow or contact support.
- Service unavailable: check our status page or contact support.
