Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions and purchases made through Qazana Systems LTD for Pesana.
2. No Refunds
All payments made for Pesana subscriptions and services are final and non-refundable. This includes:
- Partial use of the service during a billing period
- Failure to cancel before a renewal date
- Dissatisfaction with the service
- Unused subscription time
- Mid-cycle downgrades to the free plan
3. Free Tier
Pesana provides a free tier so you can evaluate the product before purchasing a paid plan.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain access to paid features through the end of your current billing period. No refunds or prorated credits are issued for remaining time.
5. Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Paystack Payments Kenya Limited. Transaction processing fees charged by Paystack are non-refundable under any circumstances.
6. Disputes and Chargebacks
If you believe there is a billing error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Disputes filed without prior contact may result in account suspension.
7. Exceptions
We may, at our sole discretion, issue refunds in cases of confirmed billing errors or where required by applicable law. Any exception does not create an entitlement to future refunds.
